The context

The engagements covered banking, FMCG and consumer-technology clients, with requirements spanning secure SD-WAN, AI security and international connectivity.

The challenge

Connectivity and security requirements needed to be translated into a commercially workable scope, with clear options for clients and coordinated input from technical specialists.

Our contribution

We identified requirements within existing client relationships and developed proposals with specialist teams. We coordinated contract negotiations, renewals and additional scope, keeping ongoing commercial arrangements aligned with changing business needs.

Commercial value and basis

The three-year revenue equivalents were approximately RMB 6.9M for SD-WAN and USD 1.44M for cross-border connectivity. The combined figure uses an indicative exchange rate of USD 1 ≈ RMB 7. These figures describe commercial scale and do not represent independently measured client outcomes.
